Return Policy

No one likes to order something and then have it arrive and be not what they expected so, of course, we accept returns.  There are a few stipulations though.

  • All returns must be arranged by phone or e-mail before they are sent back to us.

  • All returns must be in New, and resellable condition.  Items shrink-wrapped or in cellophane cannot be returned if this seal is broken.

  • Items damaged in shipping are the responsibility of the shipper (usually UPS), not us.

  • Items that are otherwise damaged may fall under the Manufacturer's Warrantee.  If so, return, replacement and/or repair should be discussed with them.

We will arrange for most items to be picked up by UPS, and thus you will not have to pay for return shipping.

Customers following these rules will have the cost of the item plus any shipping and taxes refunded (or credited to another order) upon receipt of the return.

It should be noted that those who abuse their return privileges will have them revoked (with proper warning).

If you do like these rules, we would be happy to discuss your concerns and perhaps make special arrangements, but do not expect any exceptions after the fact.  To put it bluntly, if you can't live with this policy, do not place an order.
